Pastor Mark A. Hopper is a dynamic preacher and motivational speaker. Pastor began his ministry at the age of 16 ministering at his local church in Tulare, California and the surrounding area.
At the age of 22 he began serving as assistant Pastor at Christ Apostolic Church in Louisville, KY. While serving the church in Louisville he also was principal of South Louisville Christian School for 8 years.
In 1996 Pastor Hopper moved to Battle Creek, Michigan to serve as the Senior Pastor of the Potter's House Church. Since beginning his ministry his travels have taken him around the world ministering in several foreign countries. Pastor Hopper has been the featured Evangelist at more than 80 children’s camps in the United States and Canada. He has ministered in more than 40 states.
Pastor Hopper has also served as a Sunday School Consultant at more than 250 churches and districts. He is currently a Presbyter for the State of Michigan United Pentecostal Church International.
The Potter's House Church is located at 226 Capital Ave. N.E. in the Heart of the downtown area of Battle Creek, Michigan. We fellowship with the United Pentecostal Church International, of Weldon Springs, MO. We are a multi-racial, Spirit-filled group of believers who spread the Gospel by means of many different avenues as directed by the vision of our leaders. The congregation is led into the presence of God through praise and worship with the choir, the praisers, and the band.

We believe in the Virgin Birth, The Begotten Sonship, and Deity of Jesus Christ. That He was God and Man. (I Timothy 3:16; Matthew1:23)
We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance and faith. (Ephesians 2:8,9; Hebrews 9:12,22; Romans 5:11)
We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; 10:47,48, 19:1-6)
We believe that each believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit and speak with new tongues. (Acts 1:8, 19:1-6)
We believe that every believer is given power to live a victorious, overcoming life. (I John 5:4)
We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit individually and corporately. (I Corinthians 12-14)
We believe that divine healing through the redemptive work of Christ is available for every believer. (James 5:14, I Peter 2:24)
We believe in the table of the Lord commonly called communion or the Lord's Supper, for believers. (I Corinthians 11:28-32)
We believe in eternal life for believers and eternal punishment for unbelievers. (John 5:24, 3:16; Mark 9:43-50; II Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 20:10-15)
